- Q: How do I DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL
MLS Property Messenger?
- A: The MLS Property Messenger is
state of the art technology that will allow you to stay on top of your
home buying experience. To download the MLS Property Messenger, simply
click here and
follow the instructions. We recommend when you download our program, you
choose the "open program" rather than the "save to" format. When you
are done downloading the MLS Property Messenger, you will need to put
in your email address and password. You can get your password from
the daily email that is sent to you. Once you have set up the MLS Property
Messenger, you can start to get up to the minute updates of new listings,
price changes, back on markets, etc. In today's super hot market, you
need to stay on top of your home buying experience and nothing allows
you to do that better than MLS Property Messenger!

- Q: Can my computer use MLS
Property Messenger?
- A: MLS Property Messenger works with
theses Microsoft operating systems: (Windows 98, ME, NT3.0, 2000, XP and Vista)
The Messenger does not work for MAC.
- Q: How do I disable MLS Property Messenger?
- A: If you wish to disable this service, simply click
on preferences and choose “stop this service”.
- Q: How much does the MLS Property Messenger cost?
- A: The MLS Property Messenger is absolutely
FREE. There are is no cost at all for you to take advantage of this feature.
- Q: What was installed on my computer?
- A: Installation of the program placed a shortcut on your desktop, and your start menu, and set up the messenger so that it will start when windows starts. The messenger runs in the system tray, the icon is the set of eyes at the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
- Q: What settings do you reccomend for my MLS Property Messenger?
- A: Your Messenger is preset to save your password, and auto-login when you start-up windows. We highly recommend you keep these settings. You can change the settings by clicking on the set of eyes in the bottom right hand corner of your desktop and choosing preferences.
- Q: How does the MLS Property Messenger work?
- A: The MLS Property Messenger is a program that continually checks MLS for New
Listings, Price Changes, Back on Markets, etc. It even works while you sleep.
Whether you put your computer to sleep, or shut it down, all you have to do
is start using it again and the Messenger automatically finds all the MLS updates
that were made while you were away.
- Q: I have changed my search criteria but my MLS Property Messenger still uses the old search criteria?
- A: The messenger program downloads your search criteria during initial set up,
so if you changed your search criteria, the messenger will need to update
to your new search criteria. You can do this very simply, just click on the
set of eyes and choose preferences. Then click “sign on”, it will download your
new search criteria and notify you of any new listing, price change and back
on market listings fitting your new search criteria.
- Q: MY MLS PROPERTY MESSENGER HAS
STOPPED WORKING?
- A: If you notice that your MLS Property Messenger is not working, go to preferences menu and manually log-in by clicking “Sign On”. This will reset the Messenger and you should start receiving New Listings again.
- Q: I’m on a public computer and I don’t want any one to
see my information. How do I turn auto login off?
- A: Just click on the set of eyes and choose preferences.
Then uncheck the box that reads “Auto-login” and “Save Password”.
